Gustavo Serralta has extensive work experience in human resources. Gustavo started their career as a Payroll Analyst at SERVICIOS ADMINISTRATIVOS EG S.A DE C.V in 2008 and worked there until 2012. Gustavo then joined RUHRPUMPEN METALS S.A de C.V as the Head of Human Resources, where they were responsible for managing operational personnel, preparing pre-payroll, activating traces for new personnel, and recruiting and selecting operative personnel. In 2015, they moved to RUHRPUMPEN INDUSTRIAL S.A DE C.V as the Head of Human Resources, where they continued to handle similar responsibilities. In 2017, they joined Albéa Group as a Human Resources Leader, overseeing job description updates, managing the compensation and benefits program for employees, and performing salary analyzes. Currently, they are working at RUHRPUMPEN as a Human Resources Lead sr, where they are responsible for personnel administration, talent attraction, and performance evaluations.
Gustavo Serralta earned a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon in 2011. Gustavo also pursued a degree in Administrative and Business Management from UANL.
