Jaap van Iperen

Jaap van Iperen is an experienced General Manager currently serving as the General Manager at Ruhrpumpen Global since September 2020. Previously, Jaap held multiple leadership roles at Flowserve Corporation, including General Manager for both Flowserve Le Mans France and the Engineered Products Organization, as well as Region Controller. Prior to Flowserve, Jaap worked at Aon as Director of Finance & Operations Benelux and Director of Finance Netherlands, contributing significantly to business planning, management accounting, and compliance. Jaap's career also includes substantial roles at DSM, where responsibilities encompassed financial management, project monitoring, and risk management across various divisions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Bedrijfseconomie from Erasmus University Rotterdam, supplemented by foundational studies at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
