Shaun Hampson

Shaun Hampson has a strong background in the pumping technology and industrial equipment industry. Shaun is currently serving as the Vice President at Ruhrpumpen Global, where they focus on reducing carbon footprint through clean manufacturing practices. Prior to their current role, Shaun held the position of Managing Director & General Manager at Flowserve Corporation for four years. Shaun also had a successful career at SIHI Pumps, where they served as the Managing Director for Sterling Fluid Systems (UK) and Dawins Steel Foundry for nearly two decades. Shaun started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at De Dietrich Process Systems, Inc. and began their professional journey as a Mechanical Technician (Apprenticeship) at ICI Paints.

Shaun Hampson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Sheffield from 1988 to 1991. Later, from 1998 to 2001, they pursued an MBA with Distinction from Keele University.
