Chris Santiago

Chris Santiago is an accomplished executive with a robust track record in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as CEO and Board Member at RUI Construction, Chris has been instrumental in transforming the company into a mid-market restoration and reconstruction platform since its acquisition in January 2022. As an Operating Partner and Fractional CEO at Samson Operating Partners, Chris focuses on executive team building and value creation for mid-market firms. Previous roles include CEO of Tricoci Salon & Spa, where Chris reimagined the beauty industry following a significant acquisition, and COO and Managing Partner at BlueRoad Ventures, where Chris successfully created a private equity platform facilitating over $300 million in transactions. Chris's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at NASDAQ as Vice President of Global Operations, contributing to the development of the world's first electronic stock market, and supervisory roles at the National Association of Securities Dealers. Chris holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Iowa State University.
