Manager Application Bakery & Convenience at Ruitenberg Ingredients B.V.

Arthur van Meerveld has over 25 years of experience in the food industry, currently serving as Manager Application Bakery & Convenience at Ruitenberg Ingredients B.V. since March 2005. In this role, Arthur is responsible for the application of functional dry blends in various food products, primarily within the bakery sector, as well as the meat, fish, and snack industries. Previously, Arthur worked as a Bakery Technologist, developing savoury dry blends and overseeing their application in bakery and meat products. Prior to joining Ruitenberg Ingredients B.V., Arthur gained valuable experience at Bakkerij van Meerveld BV from January 1995 to June 2004, where various roles included production, packaging, and delivery. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology from Het Van Hall Instituut and has completed education at Vakschool Wageningen and CC Groevenbeek.
