Christina Johnson

Christina Johnson, Ed.D., CPTD, CDP, currently serves as the Senior Organizational Development and Training Manager at Ruiz Foods since April 2021. With extensive experience in training and development, Christina previously worked as the Training and Development Coordinator at Kaweah Delta Health Care District from September 2015 to April 2021, where collaboration with leaders and new employees was emphasized. Christina has also held roles as an Adjunct Professor at College of the Sequoias, Director of the Center for Professional Development at Santa Clara University, Corporate Trainer at Family Healthcare Network, Development Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sequoias, and Learning and Development Specialist at HSBC Card Services. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education from California State University, Fresno, a Master's degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of San Francisco, along with an Associate of Arts from Hartnell College.
