Tammy Tu

Tammy Tu has extensive work experience in the field of research and development, with a focus on food innovation. Tammy most recently worked at Ruiz Foods as the Vice President of Research and Development. Prior to that, they held positions at Culinary International, LLC as the Director of Research & Development and at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. as the Director of R&D Innovation. Before that, they worked at Rich Products Corporation as a Senior Food Scientist and at Ukrop's Super Markets, Inc. as a Food Technologist. Tammy has a long history of leadership and expertise in the R&D field, with various roles and responsibilities.

Tammy Tu has an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Culinary from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Virginia Tech.
