Jeremy M.

Jeremy M. has extensive experience in the food and restaurant industry. Jeremy started their career as a General Manager at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation in 2004 and then worked in various roles such as QFC Specialist and Regional Manager. In 2013, they joined Panera Bread as a Senior Manager, focusing on food cost projects. In 2020, they moved to Lion's Choice Restaurants as an Op's Services Project Manager, where they played a crucial role in developing operational infrastructure. Currently, Jeremy serves as the Director of Strategy and Deployment at Ruiz McDonald's, a position they assumed in 2023.

Jeremy M. earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Business and Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia in the years 1999 to 2003. Jeremy later pursued a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) degree in Management from Lindenwood University from 2017 to 2019.
