Shakirra Jones

Shakirra Jones, LMHC, LPC, NCC, currently serves as a Clinical Quality Specialist at Rula since May 2023. Prior to this role, Shakirra was a Clinical Supervisor at CHRIS 180, overseeing clinical staff and ensuring trauma-informed care practices. Experience also includes serving as Team Lead at Helio Health, where evaluation and improvement of patient access to services were key responsibilities. Shakirra has held various academic and clinical roles, including Adjunct Faculty and Director of the Counseling Center at Paul Smith's College, where counseling services and staff supervision were provided. Previous positions include counseling within the Chicago Public Schools and diversity training at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Shakirra holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tuskegee University.
