Karen Colorado is a results-driven People & Culture professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR functions. Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Rulesware since January 2022, Karen has demonstrated success in enhancing recruitment strategies and employee engagement across multiple regions, including El Salvador, Mexico, and the United States.
