Galih Danny Wicaksono is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational capability and training management. Currently, Galih serves at Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah Group since March 2020, holding various HR roles, including HR Organizational Capability and HR Ops in multiple branches. Prior to this, Galih worked at Mega Auto Central Finance, focusing on HC Training and Talent Performance Management, and at Central Santosa Finance as HR Learning and Assessment, where responsibilities included developing training programs and managing assessment processes.
