Karen Garcia

Karen Garcia, MHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Legal Recruitment at RumbergerKirk since June 2022, Karen previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Osceola County Clerk Of Courts from January 2021 to June 2022. Prior roles include Assistant Human Resources Director/Training and Onboarding Manager at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., where responsibilities encompassed managing HR functions for over 600 employees, and Legal Administrator at CPLS, P.A. Additionally, Karen began a career in customer service as a Flight Attendant for Continental Airlines. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida.
