Clayton Gilbert

Clayton Gilbert, CHS, CHDT, is an experienced professional in hospitality and management. Currently, Clayton serves as the Owner of Rumble Boxing since October 2022 and as the Vice President of Cover-Tek, Inc. since March 2020. Previously, Clayton worked at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center from November 2006 to March 2020 as the Manager of Transportation, where responsibilities included creating financial statements and analyzing budget variances. Additionally, Clayton managed Lonnegans Sports Grill & Bar from March 2000 to December 2005, overseeing inventory and daily operations. Clayton holds a Certified Hospitality Supervisor designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute and has pursued further education at Tarrant County College and Harris County College.
