D. Nathan Reichard

D. Nathan Reichard is a founding Principal of RUME Holdings, LLC. He provides overall strategic direction and execution of RUME’s capital raising, acquisitions and dispositions. He also manages the company’s internal insurance agency, RUME Insurance Agency, LLC, which he founded and launched in 2017. With experiences in related industries including mortgage banking, insurance brokerage, advertising and real estate investing, he has played a central role in developing RUME’s uniquely integrated approach to the market. Nate has been the primary partner developing RUME’s brand equity profile for their strategic vision, thought leadership and direction, as well as building out partnerships through his extensive national network of relationships in Capital Markets, Real Estate broker community and affiliated industry service providers.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Nate launched his career as an insurance producer before turning to mortgage banking 15 years ago. In 2010, he parlayed his lending and brokerage experiences into the founding of Reichard Real Estate, LLC, an investment company that focused on buying and selling single family and multi-unit apartments. He followed that by launching and founding Becubed Storage, an automated self-storage real estate company and simultaneously joined Cantor Fitzgerald’s global commercial real estate arm, Newmark Knight Frank, developing a broker practice that included tenant representation and investment sales. Following his tenure there, Nate co-founded RUME Holdings, LLC, the Real Estate investment holding company that vertically integrates all essential multi-family management areas: Property Management, Asset Management, Capital, Construction Management and Insurance. He recently launched Reichard Capital, a family office and wealth advisory firm to support multi-generational wealth preservation and growth of capital through institutional wealth management strategies, Real Estate, insurance, Private Equity opportunities and other services. Given Nate’s background, Reichard Capital specializes in leveraging RUME Real Estate investments to generate new income streams and growing wealth for families.

Nate graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, in 2006 with a degree in accountancy and business. He maintains certifications for Licensed Real Estate Brokerage in Illinois and Florida; Licensed Insurance Broker Life, Health Property & Casualty; and is a board member of the Self-Storage Association of Illinois.
