Rümi
Peter Kelava has a strong background in customer experience and analytics, with a focus on operations and sales strategy. Peter currently holds the position of Vice President at Rümi, where they are responsible for the overall customer experience and analytics. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Customer Experience, Operations, and Analytics at Rümi.
Before joining Rümi, Peter worked at ATCOenergy as a Senior Manager of Customer Care. Here, they gained experience in managing customer care services.
Peter also spent a significant amount of time at WestJet, where they held various roles. As the Director of Sales Strategy and Distribution, they were responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies. Peter also worked as the Director of the Contact Centre, where they oversaw the management of customer interactions and support.
Peter's career started at TELUS as a Senior Channel Engagement Manager, where they focused on engaging and managing various sales channels.
Peter Kelava completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) at the University of Calgary from 1988 to 1992. Peter also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Queen's University between 2002 and 2004.
