Amie Schake

Amie Schake is an experienced project designer with a strong background in transportation design and plan production. Currently serving as Project Designer III at RK&K since July 2019, Amie previously held the role of Senior Transportation Designer at Michael Baker Corporation from December 2011 to July 2019, focusing on collaboration with engineers and managing multiple projects. Earlier experience includes work as a Senior Designer at VHB, where plan production spanned various departments, and as a Designer at HDR, creating 2D and 3D plans in structural and water/wastewater departments. Amie also has foundational experience from an internship at Union Switch and Signal. Academic credentials include an Associate in Specialized Technology in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Pittsburgh Technical College.
