Kyla Gregoire

Kyla Gregoire, PhD, EIT, is an accomplished civil and environmental engineer with extensive experience in water and wastewater management. Currently serving as Engineer III at RK&K, responsibilities include pre-design, design, and construction management of projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. Previous roles include Water Program Manager at Green Powered Technology, Senior Water Systems Advisor for CARE, and Senior WASH & Infrastructure Advisor at USAID, where Kyla provided technical leadership across various international food security programs. Additional experience includes working with Tetra Tech on bio-energy technologies, consulting for Sanergy on sanitation solutions, and conducting research at the Naval Research Laboratory. Kyla holds a PhD and MS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.
