Anja Schumacher has extensive experience in social care and management, currently serving as the Bereichsleitung Wohnen + Fördern at Rummelsberger Diakonie since May 2013, where responsibilities include leadership roles during transitional change processes. Previous positions include various leadership roles in residential care and social support, as well as administrative roles in multiple organizations such as Malerwerkstätten Heinrich Schmid GmbH & Co. KG and Telefónica Germany. Anja Schumacher holds a degree in Heilerziehungspflege from Fachschule für Heilerziehungspflege Ebenried Allersberg and has further specialized training in supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries. Anja Schumacher also possesses qualifications in business administration.
