Brenda Hopfenbeck

Brenda Hopfenbeck has extensive experience in personal marketing and human resources, currently serving in a Personalmarketing role at Rummelsberger Diakonie since August 2019, where responsibilities include social media management, recruitment event planning, and the development of comprehensive marketing campaigns. Prior to this, Brenda worked at Elektrobit as a Master's candidate focusing on diversity management and innovation, also gaining practical experience in recruiting during a student worker position. Earlier roles at Dietz und Consorten and Smoost GmbH provided insights into communication strategies and startup operations, respectively. Brenda holds a Master of Science in Sozialökonomik from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Bachelor of Arts in Soziologie from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg.
