HR Operations Specialist at Run Studios

Tatjana Hardy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tatjana is currently working as an HR Operations Specialist at RUN Studios since June 2022. Tatjana also had a role at Nordstrom, where they worked as an Assistant Manager from June 2018 to November 2018. Tatjana trained employees, motivated the team to achieve sales goals, and provided outstanding customer service. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Associate in the Point of View & Petites department from August 2016 to June 2018, where they fostered customer relationships and exceeded sales goals. Tatjana also had a Retail Management Internship at Nordstrom in May 2016, where they gained valuable on-the-job experience and learned about store systems and procedures.

Tatjana Hardy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Governors University in the year 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Washington Tacoma, which they completed between 2013 and 2017. In April 2019, Tatjana also obtained a certification in "Working with Upset Customers" from Lynda.com.
