HR Operations & Compliance Specialist at Taco Comfort Solutions

Scarlett Minnehan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and administration. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM), overseeing HR functions for around 200 associates in multiple locations and conducting new hire processing, onboarding, and compliance training. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2018, they served as an Executive Assistant at Wimborne and Summertree, providing administrative support to tax assessors and working closely with city and town officials. Scarlett also worked at Newport Harbor Corporation from 2013 to 2015, where they held positions such as HR Recruiting Coordinator, HR Administrative Assistant, and Supervisor, managing hiring processes, coordinating benefits and training programs, and overseeing restaurant operations. Most recently, since October 2020, they have been working as an HR Operations Administrator at Taco Comfort Solutions, and since November 2021, they have also taken on the role of Human Resources Administrator - Employee Engagement & Development.

Scarlett Minnehan obtained a Human Resources Manager Certification from Bryant University in the academic year of 2015-2016. Previous to this, they attended the University of Rhode Island from 2001 to 2002, although there is no information regarding their degree or field of study during that time.
