Eugene Chernyavsky

Eugene Chernyavsky is a Lead Data Analyst at Runa Capital since October 2023, focusing on data-driven investment strategies. Prior to this role, Eugene operated as an Individual Entrepreneur from January to October 2023, specializing in custom IT development projects. From September 2016 to March 2023, Eugene served as CEO of Phystech-Center, managing B2B and B2G projects related to IT development and market analysis. Previous positions include Head of the Department of Pre-University Training and CTO at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology from February 2013 to July 2016, where responsibilities included developing IT infrastructure and creating a social network for students. Eugene began a career in technology as a self-employed PHP Developer, creating websites and modules from June 2011 to September 2012. Educationally, Eugene holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, along with a High School Diploma in Physics from Richelieu Lyceum.
