Courtney McColgan is the CEO and founder of Runa HR, a transportation services platform. Courtney has also held various other positions in the past, such as Chief Marketing Officer at Cabify, Entrepreneur In Residence at Morgenthaler, and Investment Analyst at Draper Fisher Jurvetson.

Courtney has always been driven by their entrepreneurial spirit. Courtney co-founded Yellowsmith, a social media software company, in 2012 and then went on to become the Entrepreneur In Residence at Morgenthaler in 2011. It was during their time at Morgenthaler that Courtney developed the idea for Cabify.

Cabify is a transportation services platform that allows customers to book seamless on-demand pick-ups, safe traceable journeys, and hassle-free electronic payments. Under Courtney's leadership as Chief Marketing Officer, Cabify grew from 4 cities and 4 countries to 42 cities and 13 countries. The company also saw a significant increase in users, going from 1,000 users a day to 1,000,000 users a day.

In September 2017, Courtney left Cabify to start their own company, Runa HR. Runa HR is a transportation services platform that helps businesses manage their transportation needs through an easy-to-use online interface.

Courtney is a graduate of Stanford University with a degree in Economics.

Courtney McColgan has a MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Berkeley. Courtney also attended Y Combinator in Winter 2018.
