Ariel Navon has over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Jungo Ltd, part of Cisco, in roles such as Product Marketing Specialist and Inside Sales Associate. From 2008 to 2009, they worked at Imperva as a Sales Development Manager. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at Nolio as an Enterprise Field Sales Manager. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Panaya as a Marketing Programs Manager. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Payoneer as the Director of Demand Generation and Sales Operations, architecting the company's B2B2C sales machine. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at ePayments as the VP of Growth. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Bidalgo (acquired by ironSource) as the Head of Demand Generation. Currently, they are working at ironSource as the Head of Demand Generation, Luna, and at Run:ai as the Director of Growth Marketing. Ariel Navon has also provided consulting services through their own company, Navon Growth Consulting, helping startups build their GTM strategy, optimize their sales operations, and set them for growth.
Ariel Navon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Strategic Consulting from Tel Aviv University, as well as a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering & Management with a major in Information Systems from the same university.
