Haneen Tohma

Haneen Tohma has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as an HR Executive at Zapp, where they provided support for HR processes and activities. From 2015 to 2017, Haneen worked at Deliveroo, starting as a Hiring Operations Associate and eventually becoming a Junior Rider Supply Manager and Rider Supply Team Leader. In these positions, they managed teams, oversaw day-to-day operations, and developed onboarding strategies. In 2017, Haneen joined Zen Educate as a Marketing and Operations Executive, where they created teacher profiles, optimized vetting procedures, and met company goals. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at WeWork in various IT support roles, including as a Tier 1 Member Support, Tier 1 Specialist for Corporate IT EMEA, and Tier 2 Specialist EMEA and Pacific. Currently, Haneen is a full-time student at CAPSLOCK, working as a trainee Cybersecurity Consultant. In addition, they joined Runa in 2022 as a Security Analyst.

Haneen Tohma completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Queen Mary University of London from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, in August 2022, they obtained the CISMP certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, as well as the ISO 27001 Foundation - Information Security Certification from BSI.
