Elizabeth Sommers

Elizabeth is the Vice President of Human Resources at Runbeck Election Services. Since joining Runbeck in 2019 she has built a Human Resources Department that internalizes recruitment strategies and implements developmental training programs for all employees within the company. She has streamlined an employee health and wellness package that is considered first-rate in the benefits marketplace. With over 11 years of experience in Human Resources, Elizabeth’s professionalism is exemplified by her ability to anticipate the need for policy and process improvements. Prior to joining Runbeck, she worked with a multitude of organizations in the insurance sector to improve their employee welfare operations and strategize cost-efficiency while maintaining benefit value. Elizabeth attended the University of Phoenix, where she achieved a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a certificate in Human Resources Management. In the office, she always has her door open for anyone in need of a helping hand.
