Klaus Steinmaurer

Klaus Steinmaurer is currently the Geschäftsführer Telekom und Post at Rundfunk und Telekom Regulierungs-GmbH (RTR) and the Vice Chairperson 2022/Member of DMA-High-Level Group at Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC). With a background in telecommunications and law, Klaus has held various executive positions in companies such as Makedonski Telekom AD and Deutsche Telekom. Klaus's expertise lies in regulatory affairs, public affairs, and legal interception, with a strong focus on Central and Southeastern Europe. Klaus holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Vienna and an MBA in IT and Business Process Management from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
