Joe Helfrich

Joe Helfrich currently serves as the Director of Quality at RunDTC since September 2023. Previously, Joe worked at DEG, a Merkle Company, from October 2016 to August 2023 as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where responsibilities included leading testing for various Commerce Cloud projects and collaborating with stakeholders to document requirements. Joe's experience also includes a tenure at Gaiam from July 2007 to July 2016 as a QA Engineer, focusing on both front end testing and development for eCommerce websites. Earlier in Joe's career, from July 1997 to March 2007, Joe held the position of QA Technician at Global Crossing, overseeing testing for native applications and web interfaces, and also worked as a Product Specialist coordinating conferencing services. Joe holds a degree from Rutgers University.
