Aura Oslapas

Aura Oslapas is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in customer experience and design strategies across various roles. Currently serving as Principal at A+O Design Partners since February 2014, Aura has advised on innovative solutions for senior corporate clients. Aura is also an advisor on the Patient Advisory Board at Rune Labs and co-founded Strive Group, LLC, which focuses on technology for individuals with Parkinson's Disease before its acquisition by Rune Labs. Previously, Aura held leadership roles at Best Buy as SVP and Chief Design Officer, and at IDEO, where significant contributions included building the San Francisco location and leading award-winning projects. Early career highlights include developing award-winning human-centered designs at A+O Studio and Esprit de Corp., along with academic contributions as an adjunct professor at California College of the Arts. Aura holds an MFA in Design from Cranbrook Academy of Art and a BFA in Industrial Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art.
