Sara Heberling

Sara Heberling has over 20 years of work experience. Sara began their career in 2000 as a Student Services Specialist II at the University of Pittsburgh, where they advised approximately 350 undergraduate students annually. In 2006, they moved to The Regus Group as an Operations Manager. In 2011, they joined Rogers State University as an Administrative Assistant, where they completed all administrative and travel tasks in the department. In 2012, they joined The University of Oklahoma as a Staff Assistant III, where they served as administration hub for the Director, Assistant Director and six Program Directors. In 2019, Sara joined Pathmind as an Operations Manager, where they were the Head of Operations for the startup specializing in AI for simulation optimization based in the US and Canada. Finally, in 2022, they became a Business Operations Manager at Rune Labs.

Sara Heberling completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at the University of North Texas between 1997 and 1999. Sara then went on to earn a Master of Arts - MA in Organizational Leadership from The University of Oklahoma between 2018 and 2020.
