Swati Punatar Reichmuth

Swati Punatar Reichmuth has over 10 years of professional experience in a variety of roles. Swati began their career as a Summer Associate at Deloitte Consulting in 2009. Swati then worked as a Senior Consultant, Engagement Manager, and Chief of Staff to the Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting from 2010 to 2017. In 2017, they became the Director of Business Operations at Flex Digital Health, which later spun out to become BrightInsight, where they held several roles from 2019 to 2021, including Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy, Operations, Finance, VP, Global Operations and Strategy, VP, Operations, and Director, Business Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO. In 2021, they joined Kicker Ventures as an Advisor in Residence and Chief as a Founding Member in San Francisco. Swati is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Rune Labs.

Swati Punatar Reichmuth received their MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2010, with a focus on Strategy and Operations. Swati also holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
