Nicole Tiefensee has a diverse work experience history spanning various industries and roles. Nicole is the Co-Founder and COO of Runn, a SaaS-based company focused on helping organizations plan and forecast their work and workload. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Nicole Tiefensee Consulting, where they provided project management, user experience design, and Agile coaching services to clients such as ePACT Network ltd., Best Buy Canada, Staples Canada, and Virtuasol Software Inc. Nicole also held positions as a Senior Product Manager at ePACT Network Ltd., Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master at SilverStripe, and Project Manager and Business Analyst at Consumer NZ. Furthermore, they served as a Digital Project Manager at digital tmw, Project Manager at eCircle, and a IT Project Management Trainee at Ciao GmbH. Outside of their work at Runn, Nicole Tiefensee has also served as a Board Member at Techtonica.

Nicole Tiefensee holds a Master's degree in Computer Science in Media, which they obtained from Hochschule Furtwangen from the years 2002 to 2006. Nicole also completed their Abitur, the German equivalent of a high school diploma, at Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium in Weil der Stadt from 1992 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Nicole obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2012 and the SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2015. In 2015, Nicole also attended RED Academy for the UX Designer Foundation program.
