Prior roles include Client Service Associate at Retirement Wellness Group and Financial Advisor at Prudential Financial, focusing on client financial goals and protection needs. Additional experience encompasses a Senior System Analyst position at Parsons Corporation and Configuration Management Specialist at BTAS, Inc. Franklin holds an MBA in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Riverside.
