Lesley Binning

Lesley Binning is a seasoned health and fitness professional with extensive experience in cardiac rehabilitation and exercise therapy. Currently serving as a Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Specialist at Alberta Health Services since May 2018, Lesley also holds a position as an Exercise Therapist at Sherwood Park Sports Physiotherapy. Additional roles include retail and promotional leadership at Running Room Canada INC and past experience as Wellness Director and Program Director at East Alabama Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Auburn University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Jacksonville State University, complemented by studies at NAIT.
