Ari Ratner has a diverse work experience in strategic communications and political advisory. Ari is currently the VP of Strategic Communications at Running Tide since January 2023. Before that, they were the Founder and CEO of Inside Revolution, a boutique political advisory and strategic communications firm, from 2012 to 2023. At Inside Revolution, they specialized in developing creative campaigns for clients in various sectors. Ari also worked as a Fellow at New America, where they researched organizational transformation and provided commentary for prominent media outlets. In the past, they served as a Special Assistant and Congressional Liaison at the U.S. Department of State, worked in press advance roles for the White House, Presidential Inaugural Committee, Obama for America, and Hillary for President campaigns, and served as a Reporter for The Yomiuri Shimbun, covering various topics for the leading Japanese newspaper.
Ari Ratner began their education in 1998, attending Stanford University. Ari pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in History and International Relations. Ari completed their undergraduate studies in 2002.
After a brief break, Ari returned to academia in 2006 and enrolled in the Harvard Kennedy School. Ari pursued a Master in Public Policy degree, with a focus on International Security and Political Communication. Ari successfully accomplished their graduate studies in 2008.
