Dom Prendergast

Dom Prendergast is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Corporate Deputy Head of Community Services at Runnymede Borough Council since September 2022. Prior roles include Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher at The Palmer Academy within REAch2 Academy Trust, where strategic direction was set, staff and pupil motivation was fostered, and improvements in educational outcomes were achieved. Previous experience includes positions as Assistant Headteacher at Springwell Junior School and various leadership roles in additional educational institutions, enhancing teaching quality and introducing innovative assessment systems. Dom Prendergast holds a Post Graduate Certificate of Education from Kingston University and a BA (Hons) in Classical and Ancient Studies from The University of Manchester.
