Francois Louvel

Francois Louvel is an experienced professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and operational management within the video game industry. Currently serving as Head of Talent at Runware since November 2025, Francois focuses on global recruitment and people operations, emphasizing key technical and business roles. Prior to this, Francois held the position of COO at 0to1-Solutions and Head of Recruitment at Homa, successfully scaling Homa Games from 10 to over 250 employees within three years. Additional roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Ubisoft and various positions at BULKYPIX, SGN, Vivendi Games Mobile, Electronic Arts, and Paris Saint-Germain. Francois holds a Maitrise in Communication from EFAP and a Maitrise in History from Université Rennes 2.
