Elizabeth (Ellie) Claros has worked in the fashion industry since 2000. Elizabeth (ellie) began their career at Wilhelmina Models as a Women and New Faces Agent/Scout, where they were responsible for opening the Miami office and training agents on new software. In 2005, they moved to Mega Models Miami as a Women's Agent/Scout/New Faces. Elizabeth (ellie) traveled weekly to scout throughout South America, the Caribbean, and the US, and was responsible for nurturing key relations with domestic/foreign clients, managers, model's agencies, and photographers. In 2007, they became the Agency Director at 301 Models, LLC, where they were responsible for scouting and new faces/talent development. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at The Network Talent as an Int'l Direct Booking Board & Travel Director, where they negotiated and managed new affiliate agency contracts and signed new agencies. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Ellie Productions as a Fashion Producer/Coordinator, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production for catalogs/campaigns/editorials/video shooting in various locations. During this time, they also held roles at Global Fashion Channel as Global Content Manager and RUNWAY BUY as Chief Creative Officer (CCO). In 2016, they began working at MODASPHERE/CASTING NETWORKS as an Agency Consultant/Sales Rep, where they were responsible for the sales of the portfolio delivery, booking system, and websites for the model agencies.

Elizabeth (Ellie) Claros began their educational journey in 1991, when they attended International Fine Arts College and studied Fashion Merchandising. Elizabeth (ellie) then went on to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology to study Patternmaking Technology, followed by Mayer School of the Arts to study Fashion Design.
