Jeff Goldrich

Jeff joined Runway Growth Capital in 2022 as Managing Director, Technology.

Jeff has nearly a decade of experience lending to a wide variety of technology companies. Previously, Jeff was with CIBC Innovation Banking, a leading technology lender with a global footprint. While at CIBC, Jeff partnered with technology executives, investors, and third-party diligence providers to source, structure, execute, and monitor credit for growth stage software and services firms across the country. Included in the dozens of transactions Jeff has closed are a wide range of company sizes ($1mln-100mln+ of revenue); industry verticals (Healthcare IT, FinTech, PropTech, MarTech); ownership structures (venture, PE, family office, and bootstrapped); and stages (development, hyper-growth, mature and stabilizing).

Jeff began his career in commercial banking at The PrivateBank where he later became a founding member of the Technology Banking team, which grew to reach dozens of software firms and hundreds of millions of dollars in issued debt, prior to being acquired by CIBC in 2017.

Jeff holds a B.S. in Finance (with High Honors) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Accounting, Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Economics & Statistics (with Honors).
