Rachel Goldstein

Rachel Goldstein has over a decade of experience in growth and operations management. Rachel is currently the Senior Vice President of Growth at Runway Growth Capital, a venture capital firm. Prior to their current role, they were the Director of Global Renewal Management Operations at DocuSign from October 2021 to February 2022.

Before DocuSign, Rachel was with Founders First Capital Partners. Rachel then joined Banzai as the SVP of Operations from October 2019 to October 2021. Prior to Banzai, Rachel was with Lighter Capital as the VP of Marketing & Operations from July 2015 to October 2019. In this role, they led the Analytics, Operations and Product Development team of 8 across multiple office locations. Rachel also optimized listing order to fulfill the lead delivery requirements for a network of 200+ clients while maintaining internal revenue goals.

Before Lighter Capital, Rachel was the VP of B2B Operations at Underground Elephant, which was acquired by DMS in April 2015. From December 2013 to April 2015, they managed a team that delivered high-quality leads through real-time bidding algorithms across various direct response channels.

Rachel started their career in 2011 as the Manager of Analytics at QuoteWizard, which was acquired by LendingTree in November 2013. In this role, they defined parameters and pulled reports for internal stakeholders and external partners on key initiatives using SQL-driven reports.

Prior to QuoteWizard, Rachel was the Director of Client Services (Contract)

Rachel Goldstein received a BS in marketing and international business from Penn State University.
