Riccardo Ulivi

Riccardo Ulivi has extensive experience in partnerships and business development across various industries. Currently serving in the Partnerships role at Runway since August 2025, Riccardo contributes to the company's mission of developing foundational AI models and tools for art, entertainment, and creativity. Previously, Riccardo held the position of Head of Partnerships for Revenue and Finance Automation at Stripe from 2020 to 2025, leading product and distribution initiatives. Prior to Stripe, Riccardo was the General Manager for North and Latin America at Airbnb Experiences from 2014 to 2020, overseeing unique tours and activities. Earlier roles include Business Development at Gravity, a content personalization startup acquired by AOL, and Business Operations at Whiptail, a cloud-based enterprise storage startup acquired by Cisco. Riccardo began a career in finance as an analyst at Assured Guaranty before transitioning into more innovative and technology-focused roles. Riccardo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Technology from the University of California, Berkeley.
