Päivi Korteniemi

Päivi Korteniemi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience, marketing, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Director at Ruohonjuuri Oy since December 2021 and a Board Member at Aromtech Ltd since May 2021, Päivi previously held multiple roles at Kuudes from December 2008 to December 2021, including Chief Operating Officer and Strategy Director. At Kuudes, a creative business design company, Päivi focused on sustainable growth and helping organizations identify new business opportunities. Earlier career experience includes various marketing and product management roles at LUMENE Oy from February 2003 to November 2008, where responsibilities included the development of global category plans, product innovation projects, and marketing strategies. Päivi began the professional journey as an international sales and marketing trainee at Peclers Paris in 2002. Päivi holds a Master of Science in Economics with a specialization in Marketing from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
