Kamaluddin Baqaa

Kamaluddin Baqaa is an experienced professional with a robust background in project supervision and monitoring and evaluation management, currently serving as a Project Supervisor and M&E Manager at RUPANI Foundation since October 2022, focusing on data collection, project monitoring, and evaluation processes. Kamaluddin has previously managed projects in Wakhan and Pamir for the same organization, handling financial management and complaint response mechanisms. In addition, a tenure at Aga Khan National Council as a Risk Management Officer and Security and Safety Manager includes program planning and risk mitigation strategies. Early career experiences consist of teaching computer skills and English at Baghlan Police Headquarters. Kamaluddin holds an MBA from Kardan University and a Bachelor’s in Dari Literature from Baghlan University.
