M.D. Mostafa Kamal

Md. Mostafa Kamal currently serves as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Rupayan Group since December 2023, following a similar role at Dekko ISHO Group from December 2022 to December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director-HR & CA and a Member of the Board of Directors at Mitisol Limited from March 2019 to January 2023, and as GM-HR for the Southeast Asia Region at edotco Bangladesh Co. Ltd. from July 2014 to February 2019. Earlier positions include Manager of Human Resources and additional roles in Corporate Affairs at Robi Axiata Limited, as well as Senior Executive for HR & Admin at Shell in Canada. Md. Mostafa Kamal holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the University of Dhaka, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Dhaka.
