David Pfalzgraf Jr.

David Pfalzgraf, Jr. is the Managing Partner at Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC since 2001. David has affiliations with the New York State Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association, Erie County Bar Foundation, Evans Bancorp, Inc., Kaleida Health Foundation, and Ferguson Electric Construction Company, Inc. Prior to their current position, David served as Lt. JG in the US Navy from 1992 to 1994. David earned a BA from Miami University in 1992 and furthered their education at the University at Buffalo from 1994 to 1997.
