Mike Felts

Mike is responsible for overseeing operations in the human resources and public relations departments. In this role, he leads the team responsible for internal and external communications and talent acquisitions. He has been with the Ruppert organization for 12 years, is a U.S. Army veteran, and holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Virginia Tech.
