Phil Key

Phil’s primary focus is to make sure that the company’s visions and values are integrated into its daily operation. He does this by working closely with the management team on its planning, personnel development, and systems control processes. Phil has been working for the Ruppert organization for over 22 years and has over 30 years in the industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Western Maryland (now McDaniel) College and recently graduated from Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management (OPM) program.
