Viktar Konanau

Viktar Konanau has worked in various technical support and teaching roles throughout their career. Viktar started working at Ruptela in 2019 as a Technical Support Specialist and later became a Senior Technical Support Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for training new employees, creating and improving documentation, and working with various tools such as Jira, Zendesk, and Postman. Prior to Ruptela, Viktar worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Ruptela's Belarus branch from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they worked as a Teacher of Physics and Computer Science at GUO SSH 178 from 2014 to 2016 and as a Physics Teacher at GUO SSH 180 from 2013 to 2014.

Viktar Konanau attended Belarusian State University from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Solid-state physics/Физика плотных сред. Viktar also attended the university's military faculty/department of artillery from 2010 to 2011, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree in this field.
