Joe Gerber has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as a Customer Care Specialist at Rural 1st® since September 2020. Prior to this role, Joe worked at Dynacraft, A PACCAR Company, from April 2011 to August 2020, holding positions as a Materials Analyst and Unit Manager, where responsibilities included supply chain management, process improvement, and employee supervision. Joe's career also includes a role as a Senior Analyst/Case Manager at Armed Forces Services Corporation, focusing on meeting the needs of families of fallen soldiers, and as a Manager at National Amusements, where event promotion and employee management were key duties. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Western Kentucky University.
