Ronald Fernandes

Ronald Fernandes is an experienced professional with a strong background in insurance and customer service. Currently serving as the Assistant Head of Claims and Claims Specialist at Rural Affinity since January 2018, Ronald has been instrumental in managing the full life cycle of agricultural insurance policies in Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, Ronald holds the position of Area Supervisor at Merivale and has extensive experience in hospitality roles, including Bar Attendant positions at VenuesLive, Qudos Bank Arena, and the Australian Turf Club. Ronald's earlier career includes significant roles in claims administration at Munich Re and Chubb Australia, as well as tax consultancy at PwC Australia. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, along with an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from TAFE NSW and ongoing studies at ANZIIF.
